Ordering, Fulfillment and Image Use Policy
Fulfillment & Liability
All prints ordered through raboffphotography.com are produced, packaged, and delivered by Gelato and/or its logistics partners. Raboff AB and Joakim Lloyd Raboff do not print, inspect, package, ship, or deliver the products.
By placing an order, the customer accepts that all matters relating to production quality, color/cropping variation, paper, packaging, damage, delays, lost shipments, customs, delivery failure, returns, replacements, or refunds are governed exclusively by Gelato’s fulfillment and quality procedures. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raboff in Malmö AB and artisst Joakim Lloyd Raboff exclude all liability for any fault, delay, loss, damage, defect, or failure arising from the printing, fulfillment, or delivery process. In no event shall our total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Product Variations
Each print is made to order. Minor variations in color, contrast, cropping, and surface appearance may occur between screen display and the physical product; such variations do not constitute a defect unless expressly accepted as such by Gelato.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Purchase of a physical print transfers ownership of the physical item only, and does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights. All images remain the exclusive copyright of Joakim Lloyd Raboff / Raboff AB.
No image may be copied, scanned, reproduced, resold, licensed, modified, used in advertising, used for merchandise, digitized, minted as an NFT, or published online for any commercial purpose (defined as any use intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation) without prior written consent.
Non-commercial online sharing is permitted solely with clear credit to “Joakim Lloyd Raboff” and a functional link to www.raboffphotography.com.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy and all disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the district court of Malmö, Sweden.
